In case of any difficulty in accessing or using the ACES/CBEC-GST Applications, Departmental users as well as Dealers can seek help of the CBEC Mitra Helpdesk by sending e-mail to cbecmitra.helpdesk@icegate.gov.in or calling up National Toll-Free Number 1800 1200 232 aces.servicedesk@icegate.gov.in or calling up national toll-free number 1800 425 4251 on any working day from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 7 PM and on Saturdays from 9 AM to 2.30 PM.
